  • Breathe in through your nose for 4 seconds

  • Breathe out slowly for 6 seconds

  • Repeat for 2 minutes

Then gently remind yourself:
“My job is to rest. Sleep will follow.”

This helps signal safety to your nervous system — which is often the missing piece with disrupted sleep.
