At My Vitality Kit, we're not your average health coaching service. We fuse physiotherapy, fitness, and education to give you a complete toolkit—not just temporary fixes—to help you live with vitality.

We’re passionate about equipping you with the knowledge and sustainable habits to make that happen. With deep expertise in physiotherapy, personal training, nutrition, sleep, stress, and healthy habit development, we cover all angles.

Founder story:

  • Kit: Physiotherapy degree (Trinity College Dublin), MSc in Sports Physio, plus 25 years of hands-on experience—from clinics to rugby pitches. A mother and master swimmer living the holistic life.

  • Marty: Degree in PE, credentials in massage, personal training, and strength & conditioning. Former Connacht & Munster rugby pro and 2005 Rugby World Cup 7s player. Transitioned into sports injury therapy and teaching—focusing on long‑term health and wellbeing.
